Q. Can Ketch-All Poles be used on snakes?

A. Absolutely!! While snake tongs & hooks are designed specifically w/snakes in mind, the Ketch-All pole is very effective as well.

Q. Are there any suggestions for prolonging the life of the Ketch-All pole?

A. Yes, following are a few suggestions:

-When the pole is being stored, leave the noose fully extended, this takes tension off the cable spring and ball, for longer life.

-Store the pole in a dry area, prolonged exposure to moisture causes corrosion, and will affect the poles operation.

-Periodically lube the Ketch-All. An application of WD-40 or similar to the head complete, as well as the hole located near the release knob where the locking device is located, should be sufficient.

Q. Are all replacement parts available for the Ketch-All?

Q. Can the pole be used to lift animals?

A. The pole should not be used to lift animals.  It is intended as a restraint device.  Lifting may result in harming the animal or damage to the Ketch-All.
